What type of running shoes should i get?

I am flat-footed and a overpronator, and I do not know what type of running shoes that is really good for my feet. I was thinking about getting the Nike Lunarglide +4 or the Free 4.0. But, what type of shoe do you recommend for my feet? Thanks.

i myself am too a overpronator , i'm currently using SketchersGorun but am deciding to switch to nike lunarglide 4+ cause i feel that it has more support for my feet cause i'm a midfoot striker . I've done some research for you and it seems that Nimbus shoes is good for long distances and suitable for your feet too, but i still think its better to go and approach the sales person in order to find the most suitable shoe for you. I have Nike Lunarglides and Saucony Kinvaras. So far so good :) The Nike Lunarglides have a lot of support. The Saucony Kinvaras are minimalist shoes, so if you are up for minimalism be sure to try that. They have really good ratings too. Runners have all different kinds of feet, so I'm not sure if these shoes would be the best fit for you, but they're pretty good shoes overall. If you feel like you need more suggestions, go to your local running store so they can find the proper shoes for you.

Best Nike trainers or running shoes for flat feet?

This is the first time I am buying any kind of specialist trainers or running shoes for my flat feet. I still have a little bit of an arch.

I am looking to exercise and go running in these trainers/running shoes so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best ones that Nike offer.

Right now, I am thinking Nike Air Max Trainer Excel or the Nike Air Relentless II Ladies Running Shoes. Please help!

What is the best shoe for running distance?

I run a lot and plan on increasing to eventually be running at least 20 miles a day. So I am looking for a shoe that will be good for my feet and muscles and bones and everything. the shoes I have now suck. So please give me a couple different ideas. And the reasons why they are good running shoes would be appreciated. Thank you.

You really need to go to a store that can look at your run; your stride, your foot strike, if you over probate etc...
These stores suggest the PERFECT shoe for you. It will prevent any injuries you may be susceptible to.
If you are not able to find a store such as this, nike has always been my go to shoe. I wore mizunos for my first three years of cross country and this season I got a pair of nike lunarglide +3. They were really comfortable but I noticed my stride isn't a heel strike so I just bought a pair of nike free run 4.0s today. You should go to a store called finish line. They are always super helpful with finding the perfect shoe and everyone I've encountered has been quite knowledgable about running and which shoe is good for you.
