i run around 6 miles a day on most days of the week on all different types of ground including pavement, dirt, sidewalks, rarely grass, etc.

what kind of running clothes are available for running in cold rain?

Something waterproof, yet breathable. All I can think of is Gore-tex.

And what about shoes? Are there any waterproof running shoes on the market? Where water won't seep in, and has good traction

Hi.Look at the running clothes available on amazon.I just saw them yesterday. Some were for running in cold/rainy weather. As for shoes I always prefer new balance
