I wear an 11 in nike women (my everyday shoes) and was wondering if sugar shoes ran the same or were the sizes different.
If I wear an 11 in nike than what size would I wear in sugar shoes boots?

I would suggest looking up the shoes you like on zappos. They have customer reviews that say whether the shoes feel smaller, bigger, or about right in terms of size.

Which shoes would be best for the gym?

Im looking to get a new pair of shoes that I will use for the gym only. I usually do the bike and then walk around the track. So its not like Im doing anything major. Ive picked out a few pairs, but Im not sure which ones to get. Any advice would be great, thanks!

You want cross trainers. Go to the sporting goods store like Sports Authority and get a fitting, or go to Zappos.com for the reviews. The sizing is important, and you will be happier trying them on. In some cases, the last is too high, or the toe box too small. The shoes may benefit from an extra gel cushion you can purchase from the above for $20.
