who can recomment best running shoes for women?

i want to choose one of comfortable running shoes,but i wonder which one is best.Last time,i bought Adidas shoes,but i do not like it ,i wan to to buy new ,who have experience ?

Whats it mean when a running shoe says its specifically made for a woman?

Q. Does it really matter whether a shoe is specifically made for a woman or not?
I can't imagine there is much difference between feet.

What do you recommend for a running shoe for someone with flat feet, that runs mostly on pavement, say 8-10miles a week?

Women's feet are generally more narrow then men's. Standard width for a women's shoe is B while men's standard is D. So if a woman with a normal width foot that wants a men's shoe needs not only to get a smaller size (.5 - 1.5 depending on brand) but also find a narrow width (B for men). Women's shoes are also generally lighter in the construction since they do not have to support as much weight.

Hit up your local running store and they'll be able to fit you. Suggestions for the actual shoe: Brooks Addiction, adidas Supernova Control, Asics Gel-Foundation, etc.
