Does Sketchers sneakers for women run typically wider than an average sneaker?

Q. I have a wide foot and its hard to find wider sneakers with a reasonable price.

No they don't. Sketchers do however sell extra wide width in certain styles. Just pick up the shoe and look for the letters EW on the sole. Stay away from New Balance tho...they are poorly made and run way more narrow then average shoes.

I need a running shoe for women with a narrow heel?

I wear Saucony brand now, but wanted another option. New balance don't work for me either. Any other options?
