I have a pair of new balance running shoes, but my arches hurt for some reason, but sister says because they're cheap, which is probably true. so my question is, could some one give me some links or names for inexpensive but good running shoes. thanks a ton!

ASICS runners - How important is it to rotate your running shoes?

To all runners who wear ASICS running shoes, do you rotate your running shoes through several pairs? If so, whats the benefit of rotating through several pairs of shoes? Please state your gender, shoe size and model of shoes you run in.

I rotate 3 different shoes, my Asics Gt 2120, Saucony Tri Guide 3, and Nike Air Max Moto 5.

I use my Asics for general outdoor running.

My Saucony Tri Guide 3 for races and my long sunday runs.

Nike Air Max Moto for indoor running, indoor track during bad weather.

Male - size 13

I run between 20-30 miles a week.
