What's the best way to prevent blisters and foot ache just from walking?

Q. just from walking around all day by bedtime my feet jurt so much I cannot sleep.

For blisters, you might make sure you have socks that are not bunching, or you can cut some of that self adhesive moleskin they sell in the pharmacies. But for foot pain, it is important to stretch your feet such as stretching the back of your achilles tendon while standing facing a wall, and rolling a golf ball or other similar sized object all under your arch and other parts of the bottom of your foot. This is an exercise and massage technique frequently used by Physical Therapists. A Podiatrist could tell you if you would benefit from orthotics or the cause of your pain. Foot soaks are also great at the end of the day right before bedtime. Soak while you watch T.V.

In my country, I never had to walk in high heels but now I see so many women here with really nice shoes. I am 22 and never wore them before so I tried some on. OMG it's so pain. And I walk stupid in them. I want to look more sexy now and I have really nice feet, but HOW do I learn to walk in heels??? Is there some trick. I saw Jennifer Lopez dance in heels last week... How, how??
