How Do I know how my shoes are pronated?

... and how can I tell how my walk is pronated, if at all?

Pronation is typically easy to spot when the outside of the shoe is significantly more worn than the rest of the shoe. and conversly supination would mean the inside of the shoe has worn more.

really its irrelevant if you can tell wether or not you have pro/supination because if you cant, see a specialist who can tell you, and if you can, see a specialist to help correct the issue

Can anyone suggest good orthotics to help with supination? My husband wears out his shoes on the outside -?

My husband is on his feet for 13-14 hours at a time and he wears his workboots out within 2 months because he walks on the outside of his feet - supination - and we have to continually get them resoled. I have been looking for something that works and found a dial insole that compensates but I dont know which one to buy -
Any siggestions?!?

Kristian, by the time you add up all of the expenses that are going to be associated with this it would be easier to see a podiatrist and get a custom made orthotic. They will make one specific to what he needs and there will be no more guessing and the shoe wear will stop. It will also help to prevent knee, hip, and possibly lower back problems.

Are the Reebok Easy Tone shoes good shoes for me?

I reallly like the Reebok Easy Tone shoes and my friend has a pair, they completely worked on her! I notched her legs and butt look at lot firmer. I need new running shoes for 2010/2011 track, basketball, and indoor soccer seasons, and I really like what these shoes do to your butt. I was wondering if you think these shoes would be good to use for all those sports, cause I heard they were mostly just for walking.

Is it weird to wear a key leynard around your neck w keys?

I dress very casually, t-shirt, basketball shorts, running shoes. W my thin shorts, it annoys me to have the keys poking my leg. Would just putting the leynard with keys around my neck be the fashion equivalent of wearing a fanny-pack?

No. it's not weird. People do it.

It doesn't work if you have 25 keys on there..but if you only have a couple..that is okay and cute, in fact.

You just need a very cool. interesting leynard..AND you need to have your keys re-made, using very cool keys:
