best running shoes reviews for women image

I currently have the Lebron 8 sneakers and I'm not happy so, I'm looking to buy a new sneaker. Any suggestions?
I'm looking for light shoes with good ankle support.

1) nike overplay vi ( very cheap shoes and i had these shoes 4 a about 1 year now i use them in every game i love them they are very light and comfy and have allot of grip

2) adidas ts twist commander ( very very very light and easy to run in have allot of grip and you can get them at a reasonable price

3) my most favourite of all adidas ts bounce commanders ( this is a classic shoe 4 any type of player guard of a big man or woman but they can be a bit pricey

all of these shoes are underrated and please do not go 4 big flashy names like lebons shoes and kobes
they are just over priced name sellers but try these and good luck :D

Anyone suggest any good 3/4 running tights (women) that they use themselves or have heard good reviews about?

I have taken up the sport over the last month or so and would like to look the part seeing as I have invested in some good running shoes also.

Under Armour, heat gear, or cold gear, heat gear is obviously for the summer, but then in the summer you might want to consider under armour compression shorts, and cold gear, obviously for the winter, work really well, for running, I'm skiing cross country on a race team, and they work well and keep you warm, and I've taken up running too, so I'm on a race team for cross country, and I bet they will work just as well.
