Would it be more accurate to measure my own bra size?

I had a bra fitting yesterday where the woman concluded a 32 C fit me nicely. I went in originally because I was doubting my 32 B bra as I didn't fill the cup. She was finding my broad back a puzzle as she said "I was petite there" (ribs) evening bringing me a 30 D option which was too tight on the band and too large on the cup.

But considering that measurements happen while I'm actually wearing a bra couldn't I do it if I found some good instructions?

Best thing to do is measure yourself. You might ask your friend to help but you don't need to. Best to do this part topless.
Fullest part of the Bust inches - Under the bust in inches = your cup size in inches
36inch - 30 inches = 6 inches

Under the bust = your band size. So if you it's 30 then your band size is 30. If it's an odd number like 29 then you have to go up to the next even number to ge the band size. But you should still do the equation like above with the odd number; ie 36inch - 29inch = 7inches

Each cup size is a one inch higher than the next except for aa which is only on half inch smaller than a A cup. AAA is nothing but a bra made for women that are really small so they feel more normal by having a bra.

The first time you get a good fitting bra it does tight. but you can run to fingers along the band and along the straps then your golden. Bras are like shoe and Jeans you need to break them in a bit until that conform to your shape.

Also when your not in the right bra your breast tissue can migrate to your armpits. So you have to scoop that side fat that is really your breast fat into the each cup. Then scoop your boob in the right position and lean froward and jiggle your bits and they land how they are supposed to in the bra. This is something you have to get used to doing everyday.

My boyfriend has 1 child,a daughter from a short term relationship when he was 18. The girl is now 9 years old and has been living with my boyfriend for the past 6 months. She use to live with her godparents, because her Mama died when she was 4 of cancer. That girl is the most SPOILED kid I have ever seen! She calls my boyfriend Alexei which is his name instead of Papa and she refuses to listen to him!
If he tells her to do something she won't do it and if he tries to force her, she screams like a crazy woman and hits him. He most the time he leaves her alone, but last night he couldn't just let it go. We were back in his bedroom when Jasmine(his daughter) hollered back there and asked if she could go down the street to the corner store.
My boyfriend told her no that he would take her to the store tomorrow. His daughter got quiet and we thought she was still watching TV in the living room, but when my boyfriend called her name about 30 minutes later, she didn't answer. He jumped up, ran to the living room, and sure enough she was gone. She had put on her shoes and jacket and was gone. My boyfriend put on his shirt and shoes and went out to see if he saw her. He did see her...all the way up the block about to cross the 4 way intersection. How he managed to run up there so fast I don't know, but he caught her before she crossed and dragged her little tail back to his apartment.
He was smoking mad and telling his daughter that she had pushed him TOO FAR, he was tired of being nice to her and she repaying him by being a spoiled brat. She wasn't really listening to him until he said she was getting her butt smacked. When she realized he was serious, she went to tears, saying that she wanted her 'other' Mama and Papa(her godparents). He told her that she could cry all she wanted, but she wasn't changing his mind. He dragged her into the living room, because she fought him every step of the way, picked her up and flipped her over his lap at the same time he sat down on the couch.
I stayed outside because I couldn't stand the sound his belt made when it hit her or how she screamed. My boyfriend must have really been pissed, because when he was done with her, he just ordered her to go to bed and get out of his sight. She went to bed and we went to bed later, but this morning we woke up to the Los Angeles County Police in company of his daughter's godparents knocking on our door,saying they were here to remove his daughter immediately pending investigation. The police took his daughter away and handed her over to her godparents who seemed all too eager to take her home with them. They told my boyfriend that he had been reported several times last night for child abuse and was under investigation, so his daughter was being removed to safety maybe permanently.
It's not like he doesn't love her. He battled her godparents for years to gain custody!
He tried hand spanking her. She wouldn't lay still and she wouldn't take her hands away from her bottom whining that her butt hurt, which is kinda the idea, but she made Alexei feel bad and he couldn't really smack her butt properly.

Alexei should have grabbed his daughter firmly by the wrist and held her over his lap, while he smacked her bad little butt until she cried and begged him to stop. No bruises, just a sore and sorry little girl, who then should've been made to apologize to her Papa.
