She is 31 and is a "tom-boy", meaning she doesn't wear makeup, doesn't wear feminine girly clothes, etc. She can't even think of anything she wants or needs (other than expensive stuff for her car and other stuff like that). So, my limit is like 100-150$$. Please help, i'm running out of time LOL.

Rent the movie "Hitch" it's a great dating guide video. Also another thing to do is get the book called: Under Cover Sexsignals, it's the best one I've read. Amazon.com sells it and other book stores. Written by a woman for guys to read.
You also need to ask a friend who's a girl to tell you if your hair style needs changing, clothes and everything, just get a run down.
