best running shoes in 2013 image
Im going to Europe late june-early july and don't want to look too much like the clueless tourist that I am, so nothing major, just the basics, such as "don't wear athletic shorts"
specific countries are france, italy, austria, and switzerland, and any specifics on cargo shorts and stripes on shirts?
and were planning on doing lots of walking, so good walking shoe recommendations as well are much appreciated

Specific style tips depend on what country you're in, but in general wear:
-neutrals like biege, white, brown, black, tan
-no running shoes.
-no sports team ball caps or T shirts like Miami Heat or the Green Bay Packers or anything. Unless you wear something soccer related
-leather is big. Leather jackets.
-Basic V neck t shirts with blue jeans
-loose hair. Don't cut it too short, don't use too much gel
-for dinner, do a t shirt and a sports coat
-sunglasses.
-cigarette.

How many bottles of FabriClear spray does it take to treat one bed or one bedroom?

We have a three-bedroom house and a bedbug problem. I've been looking into the use of FabriClear spray, but I'm wondering how much of one bottle does it take to treat one bed or one bedroom. Anyone here have any experience with this product?

I would not advise this. Youre wasting your time. there was recently a court case in the USA about that OTHER bedbug spray they said killed bedbugs and was organic.. and what ever..
People WON the lawsuit. It did NOT work.
This stuff sounds just like it.
You can not get rid of bedbugs by common products or procedures.
You have to jump on it with BOTH FEET, with professionals and do it right the first time.
It must be followed up at least a second time.
The biggest mistake people make is thinking its easy to get rid of, like food bugs or even ants.
ITS NOT. Because they made all the effective poisons ILLEGAL years ago, bed bugs are harder to get rid of than cockroaches !
BEDBUGS CAN LIVE FOR OVER A YEAR INSIDE A WALL even without getting fed. ( fact)
Sun does not kill bed bugs ( fact)
Steam only kills bugs and eggs that it TOUCHES... so getting inside upholstered furniture with steam is ineffective.
the poison only kills what it can touch too, and typical the poisons they are using only last 20 days. A second treatment WITHIN twenty days is the health department's policy.
If you dont do both... dont bother doing just one. There is no point.
Thermo treatment works on furniture, I think its 140 ' F for as many hours you need to penetrate, but it does not clear your home because they run from the heat and they ARE FAST.
The best thing you absolutely can do...
is treat everything properly right down to your tea towels and shoes, chuck all pillows, bag all beds, get a poison with a long residual, and follow the advice of these videos for detection and traps and procedures that are PROVEN TO WORK.
If you dont jump on it with both feet the problem will be HARDER, later.
And please take precautions so you dont spread them.
