I am 5'7 and weigh 150 pounds with shoes on. 6 months ago I weighed 180 pounds. Since then I have been running, and lifting weights. I am now at the point where I look cut to others but to me I feel like a twig. Do you think 5'7 150lbs is to skinny? I am not opposed to pictures if people ask on case to case. Dont really want to post here though.

150 is not too skinny. Your weight should be per this sight within few pounds say (+) or (-) ten pounds.

But it is very important to feel good about your looks. If you keep doing what you are doing then you will reach a stage when you will not loose more weight and as you develop more mussels at the expense of the fat tissue you will bulk up. This is because volume per volume mussels weighs more then the fat.

Weight loss is simple but needs will power and discipline. Loose a pound per week but better still loose an 1/2 pound per week and keep it off for ever slow and steady wins the race. Haste is waste and it all shows up on your waist, in no time.

Your weight should be per the link below. To loose you need to eat right. Not eating carbohydrates is wrong you must consume all food groups. Little unsaturated fat is a must and some complex carbohydrate and fruits should be included too, eat lots of vegetable and rest of the calories should be in proteins. Avoiding buns and cake is Ok but must not be excluded, if you exclude any items then the craving will take over all of a sudden and it can be really bed and throw you off the diet without even knowing what happened.

You may be slightly over or under weight, but if you are under 30 years of age then you can still grow taller, by doing:
1). Pull ups.
2). Bicycling.
3).Swimming.
4.)Stretching.

You cannot loose weight just by watching the calorie consumption unless you are super active. You do need to find time to do body parts specific exercises paying attention to side bends and abdominal routine. You can find them on the Internet.

Just eat right, sleep 8 to 9 hours, drink a gallon of water and exercise. Math is simple, burn 3500 calories and loose 1 pound of fat. Eat the calories per link and you will not loose mussels tissue.

Hint: You need to use the weight if you like to bulk up for competition, or just to show off. For toning you must not use weights or only very light weights.

I want to change my look for the new school year and my dad gave me a limit and i'm wondering how i can change my look; clothes etc.. also tips! pleas and thnx

Hair and makeup changes are a great way for people to notice your changes, so I suggest starting with these, especially on your budget.
Hair can be very cheap at small shops and chain hair dressers that aren't very well run. Now you might be like EW GROSS OMG but the thing is, there can be real talent. Scope the place out before hand and see how peoples hair looks when they walk out. If it looks like a poodle was super-glued to their head, back away!

With your edgy new do, you'll want some new makeup, especially if you dont usually wear it. If you dont, go for makeup that enhances your features and shows off the best part off your face. If you've done this all your life and you're bored, try some black eyeliner or red lipstick. Go for the edgy retro look! Try something new. Either way, get these makeup supplies at your local CVS- if you decide you like the look and you get some more money, buy some better quality makeup at Sephora.

When it comes to re-inventing yourself on a budget, I have a rule- 2/3 of your money is reserved for practical peices. Now, I know you're thinking "I don't want practical, I want to be wild!". Well, there are still basics if you want to go biker chic- leather jacket, skinnies, ect. So if your going alternative, stock up on everyday wear like tutus, or whatever.
Now I realize you have limited funds, so thats why I suggest finding a great thrift store for this, because with the remaining 1/3 of your money, buy cute, spazzy accesories. Live it up. Belts, shoes, ect.

My heart goes out to you on being short on cash- so am I. But I recommend using my 2/3, 1/3 method throughout the year so that your new look can last.
