There really isn't a perfect shoe that fits for everyone. But, I use Nike Air Zoom Elite +4 for women and they are breathable, lightweight, responsive and cushioned running shoes. Try out the Nike Air Zoom Elite +4 for men or the Nike Air Pegasus +26, which is Nike's best selling running shoe - many people have sworn by it. I'm sure you'll be able to find that at Footlocker and many specialty or retail running stores. Hope this helps! :)

I really like the Nike Zoom W2 shoe, but I'm not sure if I should get them. It says they're mid-distance, which I know I'll need for hurdling, but other than that I'm a sprinter, so would they work well? Thanks in advance (:

Great hurdlers must be versatile enough to run in a fast and rhythmic pattern that will enable them to feel that they are sprinting over the barriers rather than jumping over the 42-inch hurdles. Ideally, your center of gravity should lift only a little when you clear the hurdles.
